Meet the Editors

LLM, Lomonosov Moscow State University. Currently for an MSc at King's Russia Institute. Now focused on digital platform regulation and their relations with the government in Russia.

BSc International Affairs, Florida State University. I began my MSc at King's Russia Institute in Fall 2023, and maintain a particular interest in Russo-Western relations, as well as their broader implications in greater Eurasia.

BA History and International Relations, King's College London. Currently reading for an MSc in Russian and Eurasian Politics and Economics at King's Russia Institute. My interests are primarily Russian Arctic strategy and hybrid warfare.

MSc Russian and Eurasian Politics and Economics, alumni War Studies Department (Undergraduate), King’s College London. Academic interests include Russian legal and religious institutions, strategic planning and communications in war time with a specific focus on Russian information operations abroad.

BA Russian and French Literature, University of Oxford. I began my MSc at King's Russia Institute in 2023. As well as a broad interest in Russia (and the joys of Kremlinology), I am particularly focused on corruption, both within Russia and encouraged by it in the West.

BA International Relations, Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. I have a background in International Relations and I am currently a student at King's Russia Institute. I am interested in the region of Central Asia and authoritarian policy- making, and I will be writing about corruption and the repercussions of Russia's foreign policy.

BA History and International Relations at Manchester Metropolitan University. Studying MSc Russian and Eurasian Politics and Economics at King's College London. My interests are Russia's role in the Global South, specifically minerals and energy in shaping Africa's future.

BA Russian and Spanish, University of Leeds. Studying Russian and Eurasian Politics and Economics MSc at King's Russia Institute. My interests are women and equality, social media, and their presence in shaping/influencing politics.

BA, International Relations at the War Studies Department at King’s College London. I am currently enrolled in the Russian and Eurasian Politics MSc at King’s College London. My interests are related to Russia’s relations to its near abroad and its resistance to EU expansion. I am also interested in Scandinavian defence policy.

BA in Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul University. Studying Russian and Eurasian Politics and Economic at King’s College London. My interests are energy security in the EU, renewable energy and environmental policies.

Undergraduate degree obtained at Corvinus University of Budapest’s International Business Economics Bsc programme, currently studying at King’s Russia Institute. My main interests include public affairs and social-political-economic dynamics in (the authoritarian context of) Russia and Hungary, the relationship between the two countries and its consequences for the EU.
